Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Director General. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Director's schedule, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling incoming calls and emails.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Director's calendar and schedule appointments
  • Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for the Director
  • Handle incoming calls and emails for the Director
  • Provide administrative support to the Director and other team members
  • Coordinate meetings and events with various departments
  • Prepare and edit documents and reports
  • Coordinate with other services to ensure smooth operations
  • Organize and participate in meetings with the executive team
  • Track and follow up on deadlines and approvals

Requirements:

  • Diploma in a related field (DEC)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Excellent written and verbal French language skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common software
  • Strong communication and project management skills
