Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Administer assessments such as Clinical Intake, Triage Assessment, and CITA to determine client needs.
  • Triage clients to appropriate services, ensuring timely access to support.
  • Provide service navigation, helping clients find the resources they need.
  • Offer interim support to clients, providing stability during challenging times.
Requirements
  • Registered Social Worker or Social Service Worker with a related diploma or Bachelor of Social Work.
  • Full Member of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).
  • Three or more years of experience in social work or a similar field, preferably in mental health settings.
  • Two or more years of experience conducting psychiatric/mental health intake assessments, focusing on mood and anxiety disorders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluent written and verbal English skills, with proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese an asset.
  • Excellent health assessment skills, sound clinical judgment, and diagnostic abilities.
  • Strong assessment skills to deliver and interpret symptom and outcome measures.
