About the Role:
The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) is seeking an exceptional research scientist to join our team. As a leading institution in mental health research, we are committed to advancing our understanding of women's mental health and neuroscience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a research program in neuroscience focused on women's mental health
- Secure funding sources and manage research projects
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external partners
- Supervise trainees and staff
Requirements:
- PhD in Neuroscience or related field
- At least 3 years of postdoctoral experience in neuroscience research
- Expertise in biomarkers of psychiatric disorders and technical skills in microscopy, electrophysiology, imaging, and computational approaches
- Strong analytical and communication skills
