About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing customer experiences, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing strategic sales plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality products and services.

 

Sales Operations and Strategy

  • Maintain Sales Targets: Establish and track daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets to measure individual and team performance. Foster a culture of excellence and accountability within the sales department.
  • Customer Service: Lead exceptional customer experiences for homeowners, Realtors, and colleagues. Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor analysis, and product offerings. Provide expert advice to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Team Management: Oversee and develop a team of skilled sales professionals. Foster a collaborative environment that promotes knowledge sharing, skill development, and mutual support.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, relationship building, and data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to maximize sales volume and project revenue.

 

Key Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: Minimum 12 years of proven experience in senior sales roles, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Relevant licenses or certifications, such as a Real Estate license or CRM certification.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership, motivational, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in sales software, CRM systems, and budgeting tools. Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.

  • Salary: Estimated annual salary: $175,000-$225,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
