Job Title: District Operations Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled District Operations Manager to oversee the management of operations and support teams for assigned districts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and implement operational strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate operational and day-to-day functional activities
- Communicate with district and regional leadership
- Manage district-wide operational strategy rollouts, budgets, and goals
- Collect data and submit reports as needed
- Determine operational plan with manager, General Manager, and Regional Leadership
- Determine market opportunities for new products and services
- Ensure operational activities are conducted within expense budget
Requirements:
- Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline
- Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field
- May require certification
Work Environment:
- Usually located in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors causing moderate physical discomfort
- Most of the time is spent sitting or standing in the same location and/or there may be a need to stoop regularly or move/lift light material or equipment
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time
