District Manager – Player Coach Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a District Manager – Player Coach at Fitness World. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated professional to contribute to our company's success. As a District Manager – Player Coach, you will play a key role in building and maintaining a high-performing team of General Managers, supporting Fitness Managers and/or Assistant Fitness Managers, and ensuring a best-in-class fitness experience for employees and members.

Responsibilities:

* Continue to execute the General Manager job description and responsibilities.
* Build and maintain an engaged and high-performing team of General Managers, supporting Fitness Managers and/or Assistant Fitness Managers within your district.
* In collaboration with the General Managers, create development plans for the General Managers, while supporting Fitness Managers and/or Assistant Fitness Managers within your district for their ongoing success.
* Serve as the key point of contact and support for General Managers, Fitness Managers, and/or Assistant Fitness Managers within your district.
* Monitor your clubs' and districts' Key Performance Indicators to achieve financial results.
* Schedule a minimum of two club visits within your district per month, excluding your home club.
* Update the Vice President a minimum of once per week on your clubs and districts' performance, opportunities, risks, and trends.
* Additional duties may be assigned.
