Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Mid East Food Center. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our catering service.

Responsibilities:
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets to determine costs of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen, and cleaning supplies.
  • Menu Planning: Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to restaurant budget requirements.
  • Labor Cost Control: Monitor revenues to determine labor costs and ensure optimal staffing levels.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise staff and provide guidance on best practices and company policies.
  • Daily Operations: Plan and organize daily operations, including inventory management and health and safety regulations.
  • Sales and Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and address any complaints or concerns.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in food service operations or a related field.
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly.
Benefits
