We are seeking a seasoned GTM Specialist to accelerate our international expansion by expanding premium video supply offerings. The ideal candidate will combine a deep understanding of programmatic video buying with proven expertise in building and growing scalable programs.

About the Role

This is a high-impact position that requires someone who is highly enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple teams across multiple countries. The selected candidate will work closely with global product teams to influence supply roadmaps and act as the voice of IX locales. They will also collaborate with local teams to analyze in-country adoption of new supply, prioritize local asks for additional integrations, and overcome headwinds to drive adoption and escalate these to global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy for 3P supply and 3P deals to improve adoption and strengthen our overall video-centric GTM.

• Partner with regional APD teams to identify new STV Channels and Apps to launch in future years, bolstering our video and display offering.

• Create engaging GTM materials and sales training for 3P Deals that can be scaled across IX locales to drive improved adoption of 3P products.

• Collaborate with Enterprise Deals stakeholders to ensure Partner Agreements effectively incorporate and incentivize 3P Deals adoption.

• Work closely with Deals stakeholders to ensure IX agencies are included in Market Development Fund resource allocation to drive AdTech adoption.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Accounting, Tax) to effectively manage contractual and cost implications of incentivizing 3P adoption.

• Oversee scaled mechanisms to share learnings across ICAA sales and agency teams, including performance and adoption by HoldCo/OpCo.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 5+ years of professional or military experience
• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of advertising experience in sales, account management, or client support functions
• 3+ years experience working in programmatic display and video buying
• 8+ years of experience in digital advertising and client-facing roles with a focus on media
• 4+ years of advanced TV/STV advertising experience
• Experience selling various video formats (MS, SS, Sponsorships, Sports)
• Understanding of the Big6 agency landscape at a global and/or country level
• Sound business judgment as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements and prioritize
• Team player with strong persuasion skills and proven ability to influence senior leadership
• Proactive attitude with excellent project, organizational and time management skills

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
