Overview

CANADA INC. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team. This is a permanent position with 30-40 hours of work per week, offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $50,000-$60,000 based on industry standards and national averages.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced administrative professional to provide support to our office operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met. Additional duties include carrying out administrative activities, assembling data, and preparing reports and correspondence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A college or CEGEP education
  • At least 7 months of experience in an administrative position
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with MS Project, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
