About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Leader to join our team at Lyra Technology Group as the Head of Growth for Starport, one of our operating companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Professionalize the Sales Function
    • Develop a structured sales process, including sales tools, compensation plans, and performance metrics.
    • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, including Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and account managers.
  • Drive Revenue Growth
    • Develop and execute cross-functional growth campaigns to drive new logo sales growth.
    • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Business Partner to the CEO
    • Provide strategic guidance and support to the CEO on sales-related matters.
    • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Industry Expertise
    • Proven experience selling in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) market.
    • Familiarity with the Toronto market and its unique challenges and opportunities.
