- Cross-Functional Initiatives: Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive improvements in lead generation, conversion rates, and customer retention.
- Financial Alignment: Work closely with finance to align revenue goals, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Reporting and Updates: Provide regular, detailed reports and updates to senior management on revenue operations performance and strategic initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience a strong asset.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in revenue operations or sales operations.
- Revenue Operations Expertise: Experience building the RevOps function in a scale-up organization; you've been a key player on a team as it has grown.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- CRM and Revenue Management Tools: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and revenue management tools.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinker with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Organizational Skills: Detail and process-oriented with strong organizational skills and a solutions focus.
