About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Strategist to join our team at Blue J Legal. As a key member of our revenue operations team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and optimizing our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Revenue Forecasting and Planning: Develop and implement robust revenue forecasting models to deliver accurate predictions and actionable insights into our revenue performance.
  2. Process Optimization: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to build and optimize processes, driving operational excellence and revenue growth.
  3. Revenue Growth Strategies: Design and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, ensuring alignment and ability to operationalize at scale.
  4. Customer Journey Workflow: Design customer journey workflow, leading deal flow management and establishing best practices.
  5. Analytics and Insights: Analyze sales data and metrics to uncover trends and identify strategic opportunities for growth.
  6. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Develop, establish, and maintain KPIs to measure and enhance the effectiveness of revenue operations.
  7. CRM Optimization: Optimize CRM systems and other tools to ensure precise and timely reporting.
  8. Cross-Functional Initiatives: Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive improvements in lead generation, conversion rates, and customer retention.
  9. Financial Alignment: Work closely with finance to align revenue goals, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  10. Reporting and Updates: Provide regular, detailed reports and updates to senior management on revenue operations performance and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience a strong asset.
  2. Experience: 5+ years of experience in revenue operations or sales operations.
  3. Revenue Operations Expertise: Experience building the RevOps function in a scale-up organization; you've been a key player on a team as it has grown.
  4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  5. CRM and Revenue Management Tools: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and revenue management tools.
  6. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
  7. Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinker with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
  8. Organizational Skills: Detail and process-oriented with strong organizational skills and a solutions focus.
