Senior Leader in Contact Center Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to lead our Group Benefits Contact Centre team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Daily Operations Management: Coordinate with peers across all locations to ensure the efficient operation of the group benefits contact centre team.
- Coaching and Development: Conduct regular mentor sessions using tools like call listening, call shadowing, and one-on-one meetings to drive business outcomes (KPIs).
- Team Meetings and Engagement: Hold regular team meetings to address service concerns, educate staff on initiatives, clarify performance expectations, and promote a team-based approach.
- Employee Support and Training: Support employee engagement activities, assist in crafting and analyzing metric reports, provide feedback on audits, and recommend service recovery measures.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a dynamic and fast-paced contact center environment.
- Bilingualism in English and French is required; if located in Québec, communication in both languages is essential to support employees and clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and expertise in using business system applications.
Salary Range: $53,850.00 - $89,750.00 CAD per annum (dependent on location). We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, mental health, vision, short- and long-term disability, life, and AD&D insurance coverage, adoption/surrogacy, and wellness benefits.
