About the Role:

We are seeking a District Operations Leader to oversee Pharmacy and Vision Centre operations in their district. The successful candidate will collaborate with market and store management teams to implement and improve upon store operating procedures, ensuring operational excellence and provincial regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish short and long-term district priorities that align with operational, people, and merchandising initiatives to increase overall productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop and leverage internal partnerships to maximize achievement of deliverables, including key stakeholders.
  • Conduct monthly P&L reviews with Regional Field Director & Direct Reports – Pharmacy and Vision and share results with cross-functional market teams.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and accountability in communicating clear expectations for implementation of operational processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance of Pharmacy and Vision Centre Managers and act as direct coach to Pharmacy and Vision Centre Managers.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required.
