Vention is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a BDR, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source new revenue opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead generation
  • Qualify leads and prospects, and effectively map their needs to our offerings
  • Set up highly qualified meetings with senior sales experts
  • Work closely with account executives and marketing to implement strategy and process
  • Develop product mastery and become an industry expert
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly booking and pipeline generation targets
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of related business development experience, ideally with a technical product
  • Bachelor degree in a related field
  • Proven record of high achievement
  • Intellectual agility and natural curiosity
  • Superb communication skills: written and verbal
  • Passion, interest, and energy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
  • Ability to learn and absorb material quickly
  • Self-motivation and a constant sense of urgency
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
