Job Title: Business Development Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Arche TI. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in Montreal's English-speaking market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities in Montreal's English-speaking market.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.

- Understand customer needs and present appropriate ERP solutions.

- Collaborate with the integration team to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.

- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

- Keep informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.

What We Offer:

- Competitive base salary and commission.

Requirements:

- Bilingual (English and French) with excellent communication skills.

- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (remote and on-site).

- Adaptable, motivated and autonomous.

- Proven sales experience, with a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships.

- Experience in ERP sales or integration.

- Knowledge of business processes and corporate sales.

- Experience in the technology or software industry.
