Job Description:

UPS Capital is a leading provider of financial services, dedicated to meeting the needs of businesses and accelerating the flow of money and goods through their supply chains. By combining financial services with UPS's capabilities, UPS Capital plays a key role in the company's global commerce synchronization strategy.

The Business Development Representative will leverage various channels to identify and convert new clients, expanding advanced business development opportunities by understanding customer needs and risks associated with their supply chains. This role will work with internal teams to build custom solutions, obtain customer commitment, and successfully implement these solutions. The representative will also monitor and maintain account relationships to ensure seamless integration of new business and continued customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Interact with sales resources to uncover new sales prospects
  • Conduct prospecting meetings to qualify potential customers
  • Conduct sales calls to C-level contacts to obtain customer commitment
  • Develop customer implementation timelines and action steps
  • Assess customer needs and overall position in the buying cycle
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Risk, or Finance
  • 2-5 years of previous sales experience
  • Outside Sales Role with travel requirements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Bilingual (French/English)
