As a sales professional, you'll thrive in our dynamic, fun, and educational work environment, where you'll get real-world experience deploying marketing campaigns that generate results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver daily sales presentations in both 1 on 1 and group formats.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Manage and implement sales follow-up systems for consultations to improve closing ratio.
  • Leave detailed notes, call recordings, and proper tagging inside our CRM.
  • Contribute to sales meetings and foster a healthy growth-oriented team culture.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in SAAS, Software, or Coaching.
  • Ability to sustain a minimum of 25% closing ratio.
  • History of strong follow-up and closing 15% of consults into sales post-consultation.
  • Sales process and pipeline management.
  • Strong time management and organization.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
