We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at MJ Thorpe Restaurants Ltd. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including cooks, food service counter attendants, and kitchen helpers.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring that they meet our high standards.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on food service operations and staff performance.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and own transportation.
- First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, and Food Safety Certificate.
