We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor, Food Services to join our team at MJ Thorpe Restaurants Ltd.
Job Summary:The Supervisor, Food Services will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of food service staff, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and addressing customer complaints or concerns.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate activities of food service staff
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Hire food service staff
- Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customer complaints or concerns
- Prepare and submit reports
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment
- Valid driver's license and own transportation
- First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, and Food Safety Certificate
The Supervisor, Food Services will work in a fast-paced food service environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
