Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals in Dartmouth. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring that our office runs efficiently and smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the office team, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling incoming communications.
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems and manage office documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management, using MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, with a proven track record of providing excellent administrative support.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
