Senior Brand Relationship Manager

About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to support our partners in nationwide and global efforts. This role involves identifying, developing, and managing multiple brand customer relationships at the corporate management level. The successful candidate will position TD SYNNEX's overall value and provide strategic direction to local management to drive maximum market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively communicate with customers to identify satisfaction issues and root causes of any perceived problems.
- Design and implement corrective action plans to resolve issues and improve customer relations.
- Coordinate action plan requirements with appropriate support groups (e.g., TD SYNNEX Services).
- Own and manage the strategy for the customer, ensuring it aligns with their business vision.
- Ensure cross-divisional teamwork to leverage TD SYNNEX's value in achieving the customer's business goals.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Expert knowledge of assigned product/service lines and how they integrate with the organization's overall offerings.
- Experience managing a cross-section of large and complex accounts.
- Ability to work under very limited direction with considerable latitude in determining the best approach to sales and service tasks.
- Strong rapport with existing clients and the ability to interact directly with new prospects to build the customer base and increase sales.
- Ability to provide valuable input to sales management.
