- Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate material, human, and financial resources to achieve business objectives.
- Leadership: Represent the company in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
- Team Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer service.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions to improve business outcomes.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Accommodation and food services industry.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
