Restaurant Operations Manager

At Carmel Restaurant, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our daily operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our restaurant, including managing cash and completing balance sheets, enforcing liquor legislation, and maintaining health and safety regulations. You will also be responsible for negotiating with suppliers and clients, addressing customer complaints, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency. If you have a passion for the culinary industry and a proven track record of success in a similar role, we encourage you to apply. We offer a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek and a dynamic work environment. Fluency in English is required.
