Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, and that our kitchen is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
- Staff Development: Train and develop our kitchen staff, providing them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.
- Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Manage our inventory and supply chain, ensuring that we have the right products and materials at the right time.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports on kitchen performance, and maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and other key metrics.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
