About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Carmel Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and service.
  • Training and Development: Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have what we need to deliver exceptional meals.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage, and prepare reports as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
