This is a full-time position requiring a candidate with excellent communication skills, proficiency in administrative software, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and forward telephone and electronic inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Prepare and send messages, as well as receive and respond to correspondence.
  • Assist in preparing and formatting page presentations, including photocopying and collating documents for distribution and filing.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure seamless operations.
  • Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of contracts and budgets, providing support to management as needed.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads on occasion, and must be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants should possess:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience in an administrative capacity.
