The Accounting Administrator is located in Bowmanville and typically reports directly to the Accounting Manager. Their primary focus is to receive and process timesheets, assist with invoicing, payables, prepare reports, working papers and assist with other general financial tasks. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Combine daily timesheets, review for errors and upload to JDE.
- Make deductions and revisions of timesheets.
- Produce required reports: mismatch, payment files, timesheet summaries, and related metrics.
- Respond to inquiries and follow up with clients for payment; maintain good internal and external customer relations.
- Generate billing work file, auditing discrepancies between weekly timesheet summaries and monthly billing.
- Other financial analysis as required.
- Communicate relevant information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Other duties as required.

**EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**
- A diploma or degree in business, administration, finance or accounting is required.

**WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience working in spreadsheets of medium complexity.
- Experience with time entry and payroll processes is an asset.
- Experience with customer invoicing is an asset.
- Knowledge of trade agreements and working with unionized employees is an asset.
