Job Overview

As a Construction Site Supervisor with Crosswood Construction, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites. This includes supervising workers, coordinating projects, and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit production reports
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Oversee apprenticeship training and development programs
  • Recruit and hire construction personnel and manage staffing actions
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure that all team members have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Manage the company's construction operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Lead and instruct individuals to achieve project goals
Work Environment

This role requires working on construction sites, which can be physically demanding and require working under pressure. You will be responsible for ensuring that all team members are working safely and efficiently.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a construction-related role
  • Ability to work on site and manage a team of 3-4 people
