Job Overview

Onex Construction is seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction site staff, including laborers, carpenters, and engineers.
  • Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the site is maintained in a safe and healthy condition.
  • Monitor and control costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve site efficiency and productivity.
Work Environment

The Construction Site Supervisor will work on a variety of construction sites, including residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The successful candidate will be required to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in extreme weather conditions.

Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as construction management or engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role on a construction site.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
