Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Onex Construction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate construction projects, including preparation of production and other reports.
  • Lead and instruct a team of 3-4 people, overseeing their work and providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including estimating costs and materials, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Recruit and hire workers, and carry out related staffing actions, including training and development programs.
  • Manage company operations, including preparing reports and coordinating with other departments.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Physical ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
Work Environment

Our construction site is located outdoors, and you will be required to work in a variety of weather conditions. You will also be exposed to noisy, dusty, and at-heights environments.
