Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor - Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to lead our team at Crosswood Construction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring projects are delivered within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement measures to minimize risks.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet their requirements.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
