Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor - Project Manager

Join Crosswood Construction as a Construction Site Supervisor - Project Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a Construction Site Supervisor - Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise construction projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
  • Oversee apprenticeship training and ensure that all workers are properly trained and equipped to perform their tasks.
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions.
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure that all workers have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks.
  • Manage the company's resources and ensure that all projects are completed to the highest quality standards.
  • Estimate costs and materials and ensure that all projects are completed within budget.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that all workers are provided with a safe working environment.
  • Recommend personnel actions and ensure that all workers are properly trained and equipped to perform their tasks.
  • Read blueprints and drawings and ensure that all projects are completed to the highest quality standards.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies and ensure that all projects are completed within budget.
  • Leading/instructing individuals and ensure that all workers are properly trained and equipped to perform their tasks.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with workers and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
