Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Onex Construction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities, oversee apprenticeship training, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise workers and projects, recruit and hire workers, and manage company operations.
  • Estimation and Cost Control: Estimate costs and materials, and ensure projects are completed within budget.
  • Communication and Reporting: Prepare production and other reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Work Environment: Outdoors, noisy, at heights, and dusty.
  • Work Setting: Construction, installation, industrial, maintenance, and repair.
