Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to provide coverage for senior assistants and law clerks. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, proofreading, and formatting documents, spreadsheets, reports, memos, and presentations. They will also prepare, file, and serve court documents, maintain systems, perform billing tasks, and undertake administrative duties such as managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and making travel arrangements.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require a Legal Assistant diploma and minimum 3 years of experience in litigation and corporate law. You must have excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office environment and document management programs. Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities are essential.
