Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance professional to lead our factory operations and distribution in Ottawa, Canada.

This role will be responsible for developing annual budgets, identifying business risks, and driving critical metrics to achieve financial targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts for factory operations and distribution
  • Identify and mitigate business risks to ensure delivery of financial targets
  • Lead critical initiatives across multiple functions to improve operations profitability and achieve AOP goals
  • Provide strategic financial partnership and direction to the operations team
  • Support development and implementation of outstanding manufacturing strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
  • 5+ years of relevant working experience in manufacturing finance
  • Strong analytical and data gathering skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong leadership and initiative skills, with a continuous improvement approach
