About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Transformation Manager to join our Government and Public Sector team in Ottawa. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in reshaping the financial landscape of our clients' organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver finance transformation projects successfully – on-time and on-budget with a focus on the client experience.
  • As an influential member of the team, you will continue to foster a positive learning culture, coach and counsel junior team members and help them to develop.

Requirements

  • For a Manager, a minimum of 5 years' experience with a professional services firm and/or within the Government of Canada, along with a successful track record in the Finance/Payroll space.
  • For Senior Manager, a minimum of 10 years' experience with a professional services firm and/or within the Government of Canada, along with a successful track record in the Finance/Payroll space.
  • Experience managing staff on multiple projects and providing direction to team members.
  • Experience in government and public sector and understanding of the Government of Canada's Financial and Pay policies is an asset.
  • Bilingualism in both French and English languages is an asset.
