About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at Midnight Kings Hookah Lounge And Grill Ltd. as a Kitchen Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.

Supply Chain Management

Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.

Culinary Leadership

Train and supervise kitchen staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Operations Management

Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but relevant experience in a similar role is essential.

Personal Qualities

We are looking for a team player with excellent time management skills, who is organized and able to work under pressure.
