About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at INDEMAND CARE HEALTHY AGENCY INC. as an Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that cater to the dietary needs of our clients, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.

Culinary Operations

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.

Staff Management

Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring they meet the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and equipment as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.

Quality Control

Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all food meets our high standards.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role

Language

Fluent in English

Work Hours

32 to 40 hours per week
