About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at Midnight Kings Hookah Lounge And Grill Ltd. as a Kitchen Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Plan and execute menus that meet the needs of our customers, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.

Supply Chain Management

Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet our culinary needs.

Team Leadership

Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties to the highest standards.

Cleanliness and Safety

Clean and maintain the kitchen and work areas, ensuring that they are safe and hygienic for our staff and customers.

Operations Management

Manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including ordering supplies and equipment, and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.

Requirements
  • Education

No degree, certificate or diploma is required for this role.

Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role is preferred.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Hours

35 to 37 hours per week.
