**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fairmont Gold Lounge Attendant to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in the Fairmont Gold lounge.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in the lounge, including cocktails, coffees, and teas.
  • Set up and break down food and beverage presentations in the lounge, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for guests.
  • Assist guests with menu items, garnishes, and preparation methods, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our offerings.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and ambiance of the lounge, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests.
  • Clear dishes and ensure the lounge and service areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, identifying their preferences and acting on them to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with departments such as culinary and stewarding to ensure seamless service and high-quality offerings.
  • Ensure all Accor policies, procedures, and corporate standards are followed at all times.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage items.
  • Follow all sustainability standards and initiatives.

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience in food and beverage serving, preferably in a luxury setting.
  • Smart Serve certification required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Professional presentation and a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a high level of responsibility and reliability.
  • Bartending skills an asset.

**Physical Aspects of the Position**

  • Frequent standing and walking throughout shift.
  • Frequent lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs.
  • Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting.
  • Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramp.
