About the Role

Chong's place is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and activities.
  • Performance Evaluation: Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior management, including answering telephone calls, relaying messages, and responding to employee questions and complaints.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies, manage contracts, and supervise other workers.
  • Bookkeeping and Record-Keeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
  • Security and Safety: Possess a criminal record check and demonstrate ability to work independently with tight deadlines.
