About the Role:As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for small business owners interested in Wave's Bookkeeping and Accounting Coaching services. Your primary goal will be to uncover the needs of these business owners and help them purchase the solutions that will be most effective for them.
Key Responsibilities:- Owning your pipeline of inbound phone leads from small business owners across North America.
- Maximizing sales results by communicating effectively with prospects before, during, and after the phone sales consultation.
- Uncovering the needs of each small business owner and guiding them to the most relevant Wave Advisors service.
