Pinnacle Distributors Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, scheduling and confirming appointments, and managing contracts. You will also be responsible for answering telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answering electronic enquiries, and ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory. Additionally, you will be responsible for typing and proofreading correspondence, forms and other documents, and performing data entry. The ideal candidate will have experience with database software, MS Office, Quick Books, and Microsoft Dynamics AX (x++). You will also be required to have excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized, and have good time management skills. This is a permanent position with 40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
