Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team in providing technical support services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving technical issues, setting up equipment, and performing other technical tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolving technical issues related to computer systems and networks
  • Providing technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computers
  • Setting up equipment for employee use, including installation of cables, operating systems, and software
  • Performing backup and recovery operations on web servers
Support for Newcomers and Refugees

The successful candidate will also be responsible for recruiting newcomers and refugees who were displaced by conflict or natural disasters. This includes working with these individuals to provide them with the necessary technical support and training to enable them to access our services.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Benefits
  • Estimated salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 per annum
  • 30-40 hours of work per week
