Billing Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Billing and Client Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving billing issues for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound billing calls to existing clients with past due payments
- Act as a liaison between our head office billing department and clients to resolve billing issues
- Provide routine client support calls to assist with non-billing client service transactions
- Assist the team in answering incoming phone traffic and re-routing calls
- Perform other support and administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and French
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
