Bilingual Billing Specialist

Cowan Insurance Group is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Billing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our billing team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of billing, including preparing customer invoices, following up on timely collections, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Process and manage customer invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing
- Analyze customer accounts to identify and address issues contributing to account delinquencies
- Maintain clear and concise documentation of billing processes and procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless billing operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
- Two or more years of billing or related experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Good organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
