Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at CRB TRANSLOGISTICS. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our transportation team, ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the transportation team, including mail and document distribution, data compilation, and inventory management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of office procedures and routines.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, appointments, and meetings.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to electronic inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage and maintain manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
