Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily office operations, including scheduling, record-keeping, and general administrative tasks.
  • Support payroll and bookkeeping functions as needed.
  • Contribute to the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting follow-ups with staff and clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in training PSWs in our software processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both clients and staff, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently.
