As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also be responsible for assisting with staff consultation and grievance procedures, as well as coordinating the flow of information within the team.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. You will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, as well as supervising other workers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures
