Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Office Support

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Interprovincial Corrosion Control Company Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the office team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
